Non worthy rooms. Washroom didnt had a latch or handle from outside. Cottage rooms are very small. Paid around 7000 for that room. When complained staff cooked up a story.

very bad experience...1st of all food in their resturent is very expensive and tasteless...2ndly the behaviour of the security guard is very arrogant.. housekeeping service was not satisfactory.. complimentary breakfast contains very less variety of food no juice ,no fruit ... behaviour of all staffs was very bad...

The hotel room is clean. Food quality is awesome specially pomfret sorse and chicken kasha is awesome and also the hotel swimming pool is clean and warm water for enjoying the bath.

The cottage provided to stay is neat and tidy. The people working in this Resort is Good, Polite and Humble. Services provided by the people is up to the mark. The food was exceptional and well cooked. Previously while entering the room we found it bit unclean but as we reported it, the Resot room service cleaned the whole room properly. The environment and ambience of Resprt is too Good

My stay was amazing at shinjini's. We booked a four people room and it was very tidy n maintained. The washroom had some issues initially but upon complain they immediately fixed it. The staff are very polite and helpful. Pool are is kept very clean and the hotel is well maintained. Restaurant: food at the restaurant was very tasty. We ordered multiple times and they did not disappoint. Also, the complementary breakfast was quite filling. So all in all it was a very nice experience. Will stay again whenever we visit.

It was a wonderful vacation particularly Hospitality was excellent. The food was amazing. The restaurant staff were extremely polite and helpful. The hotel staffs were also very nice and polite. The hotel is well maintained but the bathrooms could be better need maintenance. Apart fro that it was very nice.
